The annual fee is $245. The fee includes the cost of establishing your membership, setting up and maintaining your personal wine profile, establishing access to all Winefinders services and its e-mail and fax addresses so you can communicate directly with The Winefinders regarding questions, advice, strategy and placing orders. It also includes the cost of being informed in advance when The Winefinders will be making special buying trips. Most importantly, it allows you to receive rare, vintage and many fine hard-to-find wines at below retail costs selected especially for your drinking enjoyment. Minimum order policy – four bottles/unless value of smaller order is greater than $500. All wines are sold in California and title posses to the buyer in California. We make no representation as to the rights of anyone to import wines into any state outside of California. Each state has its own rules relating to wine. The buyer is solely responsible for determining whether wines may be lawfully imported into the buyer's state. By placing an order, you authorize us to act on your behalf to engage a common carrier to deliver your wine to you, Wines may be sold and delivered only to persons at least twenty-one (21) years of age. In placing an order you represent yourself to be at least 21 years old, and that the person receiving the delivered wine will also be at least twenty-one (21) years old. When your wine is delivered, the person accepting will be required to show identification proving said individual is of legal age twenty-one (21). Should failure to show ID cause merchandise to be returned, all shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
